Papper Cutting
Art is not just about drawing on paper or digitally, but about expressing creativity through whatever you have. One of them is paper cut art which can produce unique and aesthetic works of art

Anger and Nature is a paper cutting with the background of an Indonesian folklore, Malin Kundang, from West Sumatra. This is inspired by one of Malin Kundang's scenes when his mother cursed him to become a stone.
According to the division of color classes, tertiary colors are used in the process of making this artwork, such as: red, orange, purple, blue, yellow, green, yellow green, green, blue green, blue purple, and others.
Meanwhile, the color harmony used is analogous. It can be interpreted as a group of colors that are next to each other on the color wheel.

Big Brave Heart is the theme that I chose, because my place of residence in the Visual Communication Design department is Canis (symbolized by the Wolf). Literally, Big Brave Heart means facing and accepting everything that happens with resilience and grace. So I decided to express the characteristics of a Big Brave Heart with symbolism;
- Liking someone based on character, not material (character is described in terms of natural things such as plants and nature)
- Tough (depicted by large mountains and hills)
- Accept existing differences (small animal figures such as birds)
- Follow the desired Passion (There is a river which symbolizes the goal of life along with the full moon which indicates the dream you want to achieve)
- Not give up easily (there are valleys with sharp edges that are life threatening)

Owls are usually synonymous with invisible creatures, but if explored further, owls have a deep connection with wisdom and intuitive knowledge. So here, the depiction of owls in paper cutting is dominated by purple, blue and pink which present a positive nuances
